Sopa de Morango com Especiarias e Iogurte

Ingredientes

Para a sopa
• 200 ml de água
• 100 ml de açúcar
• 400 g de morangos frescos
• 1/2 fava de baunilha
• 1 unidade de anis estrelado

Para a finalização
• 4 colheres (sopa) de iogurte grego
• 4 colheres (sopa) de nuts Nutty Bavarian
• Raspas de limão-sicilano

Modo de preparo

Sopa
Faça uma calda com o açúcar, a água e as especiarias. Reserve até esfriar. Coe esta calda e leve ao liquidificador com os morangos frescos e bata até que fique um creme bem espesso e homogêneo.

Finalização
Sirva a sopa em pratos fundos e, no centro, apoie uma colherada de iogurte. Complemente com as raspas de limão-siciliano e as nuts Nutty Bavarian.
