Creme de Maracujá com Frutas Vermelhas e Crocante

Ingredientes

Para o crocante:

  • 3 colheres (sopa) de suco de maracujá
  • 1/3 de xícara de açúcar
  • 1 colher (spa) de manteiga derretida
  • 1/4 de xícara de nuts Nutty Bavarian em farofa grossa

Para o creme:

  • 200 ml de suco de maracujá concentrado
  • 200 g de chocolate branco
  • 200 g de creme de leite fresco

Modo de Fazer

Do crocante:
Junte todos os ingredientes e reserve no freezer por 30 minutos ou até que a mistura esteja bem firme. Sobre uma folha de papel-manteiga, faça pequenas bolinhas com essa massa, deixando 5 cm de espaço entre elas. Leve ao forno a 170°C por 10 a 12 minutos ou até que estejam douradas. Deixe esfriar.

Do creme:
Pique o chocolate branco e derreta-o no micro-ondas sem aquecer demais. Junte o suco de maracujá e reserve. Bata o creme de leite fresco em ponto de chantilly e adicione à mistura anterior, mexendo com delicadeza para manter a textura aerada da massa. Sirva em potes decorados com os crocantes de nuts Nutty Bavarian e frutas vermelhas frescas. Decore a gosto.
